1. What is the cost of the tutor fee? For a student or non-student, we offer $15 an hour. Discounts are offered after three sessions or with a discount code. 2. Do you have any Deaf tutors?We currently have one Deaf tutor. 3. Can the ASL tutor teach a small group? No, it's just one on one. Virtual meeting on Zoom. 4. What do I do if my schedule conflicts with yours? Contact us to reschedule. 5. I see this schedule is not displaying. Contact us to discuss scheduling options. &nbsp;6. Which payment options are you accepting?We are accepting our payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp 7. What virtual platform do you have?We currently have Zoom. 8. Is there a referral code available from my ASL teacher?We previously offered the referral code from the ASL teacher, but it is no longer available. We are sorry! The referral code is provided by Hands Up SD staff only. 9. Will my new booking be rescheduled if I miss the Zoom meeting?* Virtual ASL Conversation: The new booking may be denied if you failed to show up on Zoom meeting because of miscommunication. * Virtual ASL Peer Tutoring: You would need to pay for a new booking again if you failed to attend the Zoom meeting. 10.
